Bronsted Base question

What would be the bronsted base in homework question 6A.5? Would it be HPO42-?

Bronsted acids and bases are defined by their ability to donate/receive protons, respectively. So in this question, the base is HPO42- and its conjugate acid is H2PO4-

Yes, because Bronsted bases are proton acceptors and HPO42- accepts a proton to become H2PO4-.
