If HSO4- donates its H+ acting like an acid, you're left with SO4 2-, which is the conjugate base.
If HSO4- accepts a H+ acting like a base, you're left with H2SO4, which is the conjugate acid.

When looking at problems like this, I just remember that acids are electron acceptors and that bases are electron donors. This may help you remember how to alter a compound to help you find the corresponding acid or base.
