conjugate base
How do we determine the conjugate base for HSO−4 (Question 3 from the achieve homework). I have been struggling ith this part of the question.

The conjugate base is when the molecule gives up its H+. So, the conjugate base of HSO4 would be SO4-

A conjugate base is an acid. A Bronsted lowry acid is a proton donor.
Therefore, the conjugate base of HSO4- would be SO4-.

I tried inputting the base as SO4 for the homework, but it keeps on marking it wrong. I figured I was doing a mistake but I wasn't sure what it was.
