pKa and pKb of an acid and its conjugate base

How are the pKa and pKb of an acid and its conjugate base related in a way that lets you derive one from the other?

pKa + pKb = 14 for that of the same substance, because Ka*Kb=10-14 for any particular acid/base substance.
