Can someone explain where the OH- comes from considering it is not present in the formula C3H7NH2 -> H+ + C3H7NH-?

C3H7NH2 is a base, so the reaction would be C3H7NH2 + H2O --> C3H7NH3+ + OH-. The OH- comes from the water that gave a hydrogen to C3H7NH2, making it C3H7NH3+.
