Textbook Problem 6D.3 Part A
I did this textbook problem and keep getting a different answer from the textbook. I thought I set up the Ka correctly and did ((0.063)(0.063))/(0.0369) to get a Ka of 0.108 and pKa of 0.967. Any tips on what Im doing wrong would be appreciated.

Hi Jeffrey!
I got the exact same answers as you, and the reason we got different answers from the textbook is that we didn't account for sig figs whereas the textbook did. Also, you can see that our values are pretty similar to the answers from the textbook, so Dr. Lavelle will probably accept it!
Hope this helps!

Hello! I also got the same answer as you, with Ka = 0.108 and pKa = 0.967. I'm hoping that it's a textbook error, but I could possibly be wrong as well.
