Using ICE table for calculating pH or pOH?

Since we know that strong acids and strong bases are completely ionized in water unlike weak acids and bases, when we are calculating for pH and pOH in reactions that involve strong acids or bases, is it necessary to set up an ICE box? Like we do when solving for concentrations involving weak acids and bases?

ICE tables aren't necessary for strong acids and bases or their pH/pOH calculations.
