What is the difference between ph and pOH?

pH measures the H+ concentration and pOH measures the OH- concentration.

pH measures the concentration of H+/H30+ concentration, while pOH measures the amount of OH-.

The pH is the concentration of H3O+ and calculated by -log[H3O+], whereas the pOH is the concentration of OH- and calculated by -log[OH-]

Just to clarify then, is the sum of pH + pOH always equal 14 then?
