Do we just need to memorize the common strong&weak acids&bases for the final?
Strong acids: HCl, HBr, HI, HNO3, H2SO4, HClO4
Weak acids: HF, NH4 (and its safe to assume its a weak base if its not on the common strong acids listed above?)
*More oxygen=more acidic
Strong bases: KOH, NaOH, BaOH2,O-2, H-
Weak bases: al(OH)3, NH3, F-. NO2- ,C2H3O2-, CN
*less H, more basic
acid & bases to memorize

Re: acid & bases to memorize
I think the best way is to memorize the strong acids and bases and if you come across one that is not on that list, it is weak.
Fundametals J has a table as well that lists them.
Strong Acids: HCl HI HBr H2So4 HNO3 HCLO4 HCLO3
Strong Bases: these include basically all of the group one metals + hydroxide // also some in group 2 with 2 OH:
NaOH, KOH, LiOH RbOH, CsOH) also Ca(OH)2 Sr(OH)2 Ba(OH)2
It also includes some group 1 and 2 elements with Oxide (O^-2). These include
CaO, BaO, SrO and Li2O, Cs2O, Na2O

Yes, basically you just need to memorize the list of strong acids and bases. The UAs said that if an acid or base isn't a strong one, just immediately assume that it is a weak acid or base.
