Achieve hw week 10 question 5 "We could not recognize one of the answers you tried to submit." message

Hi, when I type in pH or pOH for all parts of this question and leave [OH-] and [H+] blank, it tells me I have my pH and pOH correct. But when I plug in my answers for [OH-] and [H+] (which are just 10^-pOH or 10^-pH depended on what im solving for, achieve displays this message "We could not recognize one of the answers you tried to submit. Make sure your answer is a valid format and try again." I do not know how to submit my answers to get full credit.

Be sure you are using their tool for scientific notation (there should be a popup that says X 10^y or similar when you click on the answer box). It won't recognize the ^ symbol.

There should be a box of special characters you can use to input your answer. Hope this helps
