final volume of strong acid/weak base titration
How do you calculate the final volume of acid in a strong acid/ weak base titration? Because there is a homework problem in the book that deals with this and I wasn't sure how to do it.
Re: final volume of strong acid/weak base titration
It depends. If you are given the morality and the volume of the weak base and the molarity of the strong acid and you are asked to calculate the volume at the stoichiometric point, you can find the volume of the strong acid with the formula: M1V1=M2V2.

I know how to calculate that. The question gave you the molarity of the strong acid and the molarity and volume of the weak base and then asked for the ph at the very end of the titration which is well past the stoich point.
