Will buffer solutions be on the midterm?

Hey guys,
One TA told me buffer solutions would be on tomorrow's midterm and another one told me it won't be on it. Im a little confused. Does anyone know?

Looking at the outlines, I dont see anything about buffer solutions. Since I never even heard the professor speak about these as well, I would assume that they are not on the test.

^To add on, the outlines are truly helpful to review as they show the material that is expected to be on the midterm!

they're on the chem14b website! just scroll down a bit and you should find them :)
