Question 7 Achieve week 2

Postby Nikhil Pillai 2K » Mon Jan 29, 2024 12:56 am

I was a bit confused how to approach this. What is the importance of the salt NaClO acting as a weak base and why does it give the concentration of a solution in NaClO rather than HClO?

We can use the concentration of NaClO to find the concentration of HClO. Using Ka*Kb=10^-14, you will be able to find the concentration you need.
