For 6D.15 part b, does the book give us a Ka value for Al3+? Also, if the neutralization reaction Al(OH)3+3HCl-->AlCl3+3H2O, what would the equilibrium equation and its expression be?

The Ka value is given on table 12.8 and I believe the equilibrium equation would be Al(H2O)6 + H2O <-> H3O + Al(H2O5)OH.
