Textbook Problem 6D.13

Postby Joey_Okumura_1E » Sat Jan 16, 2021 8:46 pm

For 6D.13, I got the following pH values.
a. 5
b. 5.6
c. 2.7
d. 5.03
However, according to the answer key, d should be larger than b. Which value is incorrect?

the pH of d is larger than b. The value you calculated for d is the pOH, so you just need to convert it to pH.

Make sure you calculated the pH, not pOH.
