How does ph levels of acid rain differ around the globe?

I thought this was pretty interesting so I looked into it a bit:

CO2 is the biggest factor in the acidity of water. In the dissolved state in water CO2 + H2O <=> H2CO3. So as CO2 levels increase around Earth and H2CO3 increases, pH levels decrease.

Hope this answers your question!

I don't know about the globe but I found some in formation about Acid Rain in the US

https://water.usgs.gov/edu/acidrain.html

It states that acid rain is usually a pH of 5.0-5.5

It also states that in the Northeast there can be rain with the pH of 4.0

I assume that in many places around the globe there could be rain with an even lower pH considering local laws and also population factors.

Pollution has a lot to do where the most acidic rain is, the more polluted a city the more the acidity the rain will be.
