can only water be used as solvent in aqueous solution?

We don't take the concentration of water into consideration while calculating the aqueous equilibria of a reaction. Can anything else other than water also be used here as the solvent?

An aqueous solution is one where a solute has been dissolved in water. Aqueous refers to a solution where water is the solvent.
