Order to Read Book

Postby Jessica Esparza 2H » Thu Jan 23, 2020 4:05 pm

Dr. Lavelle said something about not going in the exact order of the book. Which sections of Focus 4 should we be reading first/doing the homework?

Just follow what he tells us to read on the syllabus.

Lavelle is going to teach us the dynamics of Thermochemistry first so that we have an understandable foundation of what is going on. Then we are going to start calculations, but ultimately everything on the syllabus will covered so just follow what is assigned, it will all be important

The best way to be prepared for his lectures is just to follow the readings he assigned on the syllabus. Lavelle was explaining that the order in which he is going to teach us thermochemistry and thermodynamics differs from the order that the topics come in, in the book
