Enthalpy is the amount of heat transferred during a reaction at constant pressure while heat is a form of energy that can be transferred. When no work is being done on the system, heat and enthalpy can be used interchangeably.

Heat, on the other hand is a form of energy that can be transferred from one thing to another. Enthalpy has to do with the change in temperature.
According to the textbook, enthalpy is a state property; a change in enthalpy is equal to the heat transferred at constant pressure. Heat on the other hand is the energy that is transferred as the result of a temperature difference between a system and its surroundings.
