An open beaker has constant pressure because you are assuming the only pressure acting upon it is air pressure, which will be uniform on the contents of the beaker.

Since the beaker is open and exposed to the atmosphere (which is very large in comparison to the beaker), the pressure is constant. The beaker can also equilibrate with the pressure of its surroundings.

Because it can reach equilibrium with the pressure of its surroundings, it will remain at constant pressure. And since the surroundings is so large, the pressure is unchanging.

Air pressure is the only pressure acting on the beaker and it does not change. The surroundings encompass a vast area, thus the pressure doesnt change.

If it says the surroundings are at standard temp and pressure it would be 1atm. If it's not specified, then you probably don't need the specific pressure to solve the problem.

Because of the fact that the beaker is open and exposed to the atmosphere that is very large in comparison to the beaker, the pressure within the beaker remains constant.

Pressure of the beaker is not always technically constant, but because the container of the gas is changed to the environment that the experiment is taking place in as opposed to the inside of the beaker itself, then it can be assumed that the reaction makes a negligible difference in the environment of the room and therefore the pressure is essentially constant.

For an open beaker, you are assuming that the only pressure against it would be constant air pressure (1atm)
