4C.11 How much heat is needed to convert 80.0 g of ice at 0.0 8C into liquid water at 20.0 8C (see Tables 4A.2 and 4C.1)?
Can someone explain this problem to me?

You need to calculate two changes in enthalpy of this process. 1) the enthalpy change of the ice melting. 2) the enthalpy change of rising the ice temperature from 0 Celcius to 20 Celcius. Adding these two values would give you the total heat required.

To further elaborate on that,
1) the enthalpy change of the ice melting would be n(delta H)
2) the enthalpy of the rising the ice temperature from 0C to 20C would be mC(deltaT)
