What is the difference between qp and enthalpy?

Qp and enthalpy equal each other. The Qp describes the heat under a constant pressure, enthalpy describes the heat flow under constant pressure. They are the same, but the q in qp is the reaction quotient the p signifies constant pressure so they can be distinguished.

Qp and enthalpy are equal to each other as qp = ΔH and ΔH is enthalpy.

Enthalpy is the amount of heat released or absorbed at a constant pressure. Qp, on the other hand, is the change in enthalpy. In other words, it is the change in the amount of heat released or absorbed at a constant pressure.

Although qp and enthalpy equal each other, qp specifies the heat under constant pressure, while enthalpy specifies the flow of heat under a constant pressure.

Qp is the energy (in the form of heat) under constant pressure. Enthalpy is the change in energy in general, so considering the substance doesn't do work, calcukation wise Qp = ΔH
