deltaH is equal to q in conditions of constant pressure. this is because enthalpy is a measure of the total heat content of a system. So, during a process that occurs at constant pressure, any heat absorbed or released by the system from the surroundings is equal to the change in enthalpy.

When no other work is involved and pressure is constant delta H is equal to q.

Hi! Delta H equals q when pressure is constant and there is no nonexpansion work involved.
