Difference between Bond Enthalpies & Standard Enthalpies of Formation

This question may have been asked, but I am new to Chemistry Community and am overwhelmed by all the posts on the forums. May someone please explain the difference between bond enthalpies and standard enthalpies of formation? For example, why is the bond enthalpy for F2 equal to 158 kJ/mol, but the standard enthalpy of formation for F2 is equal to 0? Thank you.
