The easiest way to get the answer to such types of questions is to subtract ALL of the bonds that are formed from ALL of the bonds that are broken instead of trying to figure out which bonds remain bonded through the reaction and which bonds are broken.
So actually some hydrogen bonds arent broken as they remain in the product formed.

It might be easier to understand/visualize the breaking/bonding aspects of the question by drawing out the lewis structures for the problem. When you draw the lewis structures for the reaction, you can see where new bonds form in the product and where bonds break in the reactants. Like the previous answer said, the C-H bonds in the reactant CH3CHCH2 remain when it becomes the product CH3CH(OH)CH3, so they do not need to break like the C=C or O-H bond does.
