Can someone explain why deltaH is equal to qp?

Delta H is equal to Qp because this P signifies constant pressure and the very definition of enthalpy is heat under constant pressure.

Enthalpy is defined as the heat transferred or gained under constant pressure. Therefore, it must be equal to qp.

Entalpy is equal to the qp when the reaction takes place at a constant pressure.
