Which method of calculating enthalpies is the most accurate?

i think it might be the standard enthalpy of formation

I believe using the standard reaction enthalpies would give you the most accurate answers. In the slides, it stated that if bond enthalpies are not available, then standard reaction enthalpies should be used.

The least accurate of the methods is using bond enthalpies as the bonds which are not diatomic are just averages from many different molecules causing it to be a less accurate method. In lecture, it was not specified whether Hess's or the standard reaction enthalpies are more accurate however I assume you would just use the one which works with the information present.
