Can some one explain to me #12b from the pizza rolls packet? How do I divide the process up into three steps?

Step one is raising the temperature of the reactants to 200C. Step 2 is the actual reaction at 200C (deltaH is given). Step 3 is cooling the products back down to 37C. Add all these values together to get the total change in enthalpy of the reaction.

What equations would you use to raise the temperature of the reactants to 200C and cool them back down?

You would use delta H = nC(delta T) for each of the reactants or products.
