Finding enthalpy

Does enthalpy have its own equation or can you only use the three methods to find it (such as Hess's law)?

Enthalpy can be found using the equation H=U+PV, or deltaH=deltaU+deltan(gas)RT

Also when there is constant pressure and no expansion work, (delta)H=q
