q and h differences

Can someone please explain to me what the difference is between q and h? I am a bit confused about the difference

q is the amount of heat transferred and deltaH is the change in heat energy between the products and reactants. These two values can be the same in certain conditions. I hope this helps!

yes it does help! What would then be the different scenarios where they would be different values and how would you then calculate their relationship

The context where q and H are the same when they are constant pressure.
