What does the chemical equation for the reaction of hydrochloric acid oxidizing zinc metal look like? How do we write oxidation reactions?

The chemical equation would be: Zn(s) + 2HCl(aq) → ZnCl2(aq) + H2(g)
Zinc is being oxidized in this case because it lost two electrons. Zn has no charge on the reactants side and then has a +2 charge on the products side.
