Enthalpy Factors

Hi, I'm confused about what exactly the enthalpy change for a reaction depends on. Does temperature have an effect?

Enthalpy is a state function, therefore its value is dependent on its current state. Factors that may affect the current state might include the amount of products/reactants and the actual states of the products/reactants themselves.
