What is the difference between Delta H and T? Today in Lecture Lavelle said that an increase in T would mean the reaction is exothermic, and that would mean that the delta H is negative, so how would that work?

Delta T is the change in temperature (Final Temperature - Initial Temperature) while Delta H is the change in Enthalpy.

Temperature and heat are different things in chemistry. Temperature is measured in Kelvin or degrees Celsius, but heat is an energetic concept measured in joules.

Delta T indicates a change in temperature where delta H indicates a change in energy, or enthalpy

An increase in T means that the surroundings have taken up some energy given out by the reaction. If a reaction system gives off energy then its own energy content has decreased, hence a decrease in enthalpy (H).
