Specific Heat Capacity and Heat Capacity

Why is Specific Heat Capacity an extensive property if it pertains to that individual reaction? Meanwhile heat capacity is an intensive property even though it constantly changes with matter?

specific heat capacity is an intensive property and not the other way around for that reason.

Remember Specific Heat Capacity is m*delta T*C and it is, in fact, an intensive property because no matter how much of something there is, its ability to absorb heat at the particular temperature is the same.
