Dimensional Analysis for Energy Required (HW Problem 7.47)

For the homework problem 7.47, the answer key indicates that to get the amount of energy required by the automobile in a year, you must multiply by 5471 KJ/mol. Where did this number come from?

In the problem, it is stated that we should assume the enthalpy of combustion of gasoline can be approximated by that of octane. This value is -5471 kJ/mol.
