Constant Pressure

Postby Jessica Esparza 2H » Thu Jan 30, 2020 9:20 am

Can anyone please explain what it means to have constant pressure or constant volume?

When a system has constant pressure, there is no change in pressure. It means the same for volume.

Constant pressure means that deltaP=0 and constant volume means that deltaV=0.

This means that there is no change in pressure and no change in volume.

If pressure or volume are constant, there is no change between the final and initial values.

This tells you that the values of pressure and volume would not change.

Constant pressure means that there is not change in pressure, deltap=0 same as with constant volume

When the question is being asked will it say constant pressure or constant volume? How will we know what and what should we look for?
