An extensive property depends on the amount you have. Heat capacity is extensive because the amount of energy required to raise the temperature by 1 degree is dependent on how much of the object you have. Molar and specific heat capacity are intensive because they have already defined the amount you have (1 mole or 1 gram).
Extensive properties depend on the amount given to you, while intensive properties don't. Since the specific amount is not given to you for heat capacity, it is an extensive property however, since you are given the amount for specific heat capacity, it is an intensive property.

Since the heat required depends on the amount of the substance, heat capacity is an extensive property. Specific heat capacity and molar heat capacity are intensive properties because they are the heat required to raise the temperature of 1 g or 1 mol by 1 degree Celsius.
Heat capacity is the amount of heat required to heat a certain amount of substance. That amount is flexible hence it is an extensive property. The heat needed will change dependent on the mass. Specific heat capacity is the heat capacity per gram. That value doesn't change. Regardless if you have 500g of something or 100 grams of something to heat 1 gram of that substance it will always be the same amount of heat needed. Same goes with molar heat capacity as it is always for one mole of a substance.
Extensive properties change with the amount of substance available. Intensive properties do not change with the amount of substance available. For example, if I had 10g of Fe and 100g of Fe, then the amount of heat it takes to heat up 1 g or 1 mol of that substance doesn't change.

extensive properties are dependent on the mass or amount of the substance, they are subject to change. Intensive properties, on the other hand, are independent of mass or amount and are constant for a given substance.
