If q is heat what is qP? What does P stand for? Is it pressure?

yes, p is for pressure, and the qp is delta H at constant pressure. Hope this helps.

Just like qV Is heat at a constant volume, qP is heat at a constant pressure. Good luck!

this is especially useful to derive the equation delta G = delta H + w !!
