Where does the +7.5x10^4 J come from in the "setting these equal" section of the answer provided?

It comes from multiplying out in the line above:
400 x 4.184 x -45 = -7.5 x 104 J
Then move "move to the left side" gives 7.5 x 104 J
400 x 4.184 x -45 = -7.5 x 104 J
Then move "move to the left side" gives 7.5 x 104 J
