Is the equation q=C*delta T only used for bomb Calorimeters?

qcal = ccal * change in temperature is the equation to find the heat or change in heat of a calorimeter. However, the equation can be used in different situations given different information. For example, if the question only provided mass or number of moles of a substance and a change in temperature, we would use q = moles*(specific heat per mol) * change in temperature or q = mass * specific heat per gram * change in temperature to find the heat of any specific substance.
