2011 Final; Q6

Postby Timmy Gozali » Sun Mar 06, 2016 8:01 pm

So part a of this question asks us to draw the four 2D structural formulas of C6H14, two with a 5-carbon main chain, and two with a 4-carbon main chain...

1) May be an obvious question, but we can't draw line structures since line structures and 2D structures are different, or can we?

2) Do we have to draw with all the proper angles and stuff, or can we leave the drawings as straight, 90o drawings?

Line structures are considered to be 2D structures. Also I don't think we have to include proper angles.
