Naming for multiple cycloalkanes

How does the naming process work when there are multiple cycloalkanes of the same size? How do you prioritize which is the parent/which is the substituent, or is there a different approach? Thanks

If you have two cycloalkanes of equal size attached to one another, you would select one to be the parent and the other to be the root. It doesn't matter which one is the parent/root as they are equivalent. In the case of two cyclohexanes attached to one another, C₁₂H₂₂, you would name it as cyclohexylcyclohexane where there is the cyclohexyl- substituent and the cyclohexane root.

If they are equal size and same length from each other then it does not Matter which one you name first. Just stay consistent
