What is the difference between geometric isomers and constitutional isomers?

I believe geometric isomers only occur when there are double bonds. So cis and trans forms of the same molecule are geometric isomers.

Constitutional isomers possess the same chemical formula but different connectivity between atoms.
Geometric isomers possess the same chemical formula and the same connectivity between atoms but different spatial arrangement (cis vs. trans).
