Number of significant figures when using Ka and Kb

Postby Chem_Mod » Sat Sep 03, 2011 2:52 am

Question: When doing calculations involving the value or the value, do we consider that value (along with the others given) for the number of significant figures in the final answer? Or are and considered constants?

I think you should depend your SF on other numbers, instead of Ka and Kb. Ka and Kb will change due to several factors.
