Conditions for being an Amine Group

I was wondering what exactly the conditions for being an amine group is. Aside from being a nitrogen with a lone pair in a carbon chain, are there any specific conditions like how a ketone must be a double bonded Oxygen bonded to two carbons?

To my understanding, an amine group is a Nitrogen bonded to two Hydrogen atoms and an R group (R represents a hydrocarbon group or hydrogen).

An amine consists of a Nitrogen atom with a lone pair, bonded to two Hydrogen atoms and an R chain. Additionally, a second degree amine is a Nitrogen with lone pairs bonded to two R groups and one hydrogen, and a third degree amine is a Nitrogen with a lone pair bonded to three R groups.

An amine group has a Nitrogen atom with a lone pair that is bonded to 2 Hydrogen atoms and an R chain (hydrocarbon group). A primary amine has one alkyl (or aryl) group on the nitrogen atom, a secondary amine has two, and a tertiary amine has three.
