primary,sec,... amine
When naming a molecule, are we suppose to state if it is primary, secondary, tertiary, or Quaternary anime?

No, that condition should be implied by the naming convention such as in the case of methylamine vs. trimethylamine. It is clear that methylamine is primary and trimethylamine is tertiary.
