I do not think we learned this in Chem 14B (yet) so I was wondering if this is going to be on the Final

If Dr.Lavelle didn't mention/ go over it during lecture, I doubt it'll be on the final : )

this topic has an asterisk, which means it is no longer covered in the curriculum/not needed to know for the tests

He never went over it in class and the topic has an asterisk next to it meaning we don't need to know this.

it won't be on the final because its no longer covered in the curriculum, therefore not needed to know for the exams
