F is an electrophile because it is electron deficient. It has 7 valence electrons and wants to complete the full octet.

F is an electrophile because it needs one more electron to get the full octet. However, F- is a nucleophile because it would have an extra electron to give up!

F is an electrophile because it needs an electron. meanwhile, F- is a nucleophile because it has lone pairs to donate.

F is an electrophile while F- is a nucleophile. F needs an electron while F- has an extra one.

F would be an electrophile as it would need one more to get a full octet. On the other hand, F- is nucleophile as it has an extra electron.

Maybe this is a silly question, but when did we learn this?

Although the use of molecular fluorine as an electrophilic fluorine source is often the cheapest and most direct method, F2 often forms radicals and reacts with C-H bonds without selectivity.

Because it requires an electron, F is an electrophile. Meanwhile, because it possesses lone pairs to give, F- is a nucleophile.

F is an eletrophile because it needs an electron, while F- is a nucleolphile because it has electrons to give.
