What equation do we use to find bond order, as it relates to bond length?
Like I know the higher the bond order the shorter the bond length

Re: Bond Order
In class, it was mentioned the strength of a bond is measured by its dissociation energy which is the energy required to break the bonds. It ranges between a single, double or triple bond. The single bond is the longest and weakest while the triple bond is the shortest and strongest.
For example, N2 has a triple bond order connecting the atoms together

Re: Bond Order
I think to find the bond order itself we would have to find the most stable Lewis structure to see what types of bonds are present in the given molecule.

What exactly is an anti bond?
