Porphyrin Ligand

What is a porphyrin ligand? (ex. would come from 19-23 of Lyndon's french toast test)

The porphyrin ligand was the tetradentate structure with four N surrounding the Fe atom.

On the final, are we supposed to memorize/be able to recognize all of the ligands?

I was also wondering the same thing, would we need to know the types of ligands for the final?

In the coordination compound section, biologically important compounds are listed under course outlines. Heme complex, hemoglobin, and cisplatin were covered in detail in lecture.
